Do you work with sole traders or just bigger companies?
We work with everyone from one-man bands right up to companies with 10 or more on the books. Whether you're a sole trader or running a bigger team, we'll handle the admin side so you can focus on the work.
What trades do you work with?
All of them. Electricians, plumbers, gas engineers, builders, roofers, landscapers, you name it. If you're a tradesperson stuck doing paperwork instead of earning, give us a shout.
Do you answer calls on my behalf?
Yep. We pick up in your business name, take messages, book jobs in and make sure you're not missing leads while you're up a ladder.
How does the quoting and invoicing work?
You send us the details, we put together the quote or invoice and fire it off. We'll chase the late payers too so you don't have to have those awkward phone calls.
Do I need to be locked into a long contract?
Nope. No long tie-ins. We keep it flexible because we know that's how tradespeople prefer to work. Drop us a line and we'll sort something that fits.
Are you based in the UK?
100%. We're UK-based and work with tradespeople right across the country. Everything's done remotely so it doesn't matter where you are.
What's the difference between Multicore and hiring a VA?
We only work with tradespeople so we actually understand the job. A general VA won't know the difference between a first fix and a second fix but we do. That's what makes us different.
Can you manage my emails and diary?
Yeah, we look after your inbox, clear out the junk, reply to enquiries and keep your diary in order so you always know where you need to be.
Do you work evenings and weekends?
We're around Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm. If you need something outside those hours just let us know and we'll see what we can do.
